Local Processing: All tier list creation happens in your browser. We do not store your images or tier list data on our servers.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our service for creating tier lists.

NO WARRANTIES: We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
DATA LOSS: While we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee against data loss since processing happens locally in your browser.

Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (which is $0 for our free service).
